I help mission driven companies and nonprofits succeed with storytelling, video and content campaigns.

I’m a creative leader with over 18 years of experience launching story-driven content for television, digital media, brands and celebrities. As a television producer I’ve worked on some of the biggest moments in TV history (You get a car! You get a car! Everybody gets a car!), my digital work has been viewed over 100 million times and my cause driven storytelling has helped raise millions of dollars for nonprofits.

I now work with mission driven companies and nonprofits to use storytelling as a vehicle to increase customer engagement (and change the world). My authentic story-driven approach has outperformed traditional advertisements by over 2100% and raised over $50 million for nonprofits.

As the founder of For Example Media I built a boutique production company from the ground up by creating authentic branded content campaigns for LEGO, LENOVO, Neutrogena, Nordstrom, Upworthy, PBS, The California Arts Council, The Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles and New_ Public.

While at Upworthy I led the largest brand content partnership in the company’s history, a year-long multi-million-dollar content campaign across three separate L’Oréal brands (L’Oréal Paris, Garnier and Maybelline). As the Showrunner I oversaw every detail of the CSR campaign, which included videos, articles, social media posts, graphics and websites.

Prior to working in digital media I worked as a television producer for ABC, CBS, Discovery, BBC America, HBO, TLC and OvationTV.

I am also a guest lecturer/public speaker on the topic of branded content.
